Small sand ray. Eagle ray and stingray.

Eagle rays are often more shy and weary than the stingray. Stingrays generally have more attitude and generally don’t back away when your in their space. If you keep annoying them, or they are rays that appear to not to have come in contact with divers much then then they will bail. Or maybe they just weren’t in the mood for company. Rays remember who you are and they recognise you. They know whats going on. The stingray shown (with tail up) was straight up on guard with me diving down in front of him. I dove down a few times took some photos and then he decided to leave stirring up the sand beneath him.

Phimosis tight forskin

This is for anybody out there who is unsure how to go about treating phimosis.

Phimosis, as far as i’m concerned can be completely cured. Circumscscion is often recommend by specialists and doctors and i think that its completely unnecessary and a disgrace. Over a few weeks i was able to fully retract my forskin for the first time ever. That was when i was around 19. Im now nearly 26 and My forskin is still completely retractable, the opposite of tight. I realised i had a very tight forskin when i was in my first relationship. It dawned on me whilst, while trying to have sex for the first time that it was next to impossible because it too painful. Any strain on the skin in a downward motion on the penis which is pretty much ain all sexual acts was painful. Even hand jobs were painful. Oral sex on me, was also painful and could never be done properly. On realising something was different about my penis, i looked it up on the internet and realised i had what was called “PHIMOSIS”. The more i read into it, the more i became more depressed and anxious about this issue. It really put a strain on the relationship with the girl i was with. The sex thing never really happened with us. I was too caught up in it(the phimosis blues) and she was abit too young and immature too understand it all. After it built up inside of me for weeks at end, i finally broke down and told my parents which was awkward at first but really helped to tell someone. The next step was to go to a doctor. Honestly, i thought i was fucked. I was just about convinced that phimosis could nearly only be cured by circumcsion. Cases of guys healing their tight forksins through stretching and steroid creams seemed like miracles that only happened now and then to those lucky few. I was hoping that that miracle would work for me because i wasn’t going to get a circumsicion. Period. I was desperate and shit scared. I don’t even think i went to the doctors actually. I think my dad went for me, spoke to the doctor and got some steroid cream. The doctor said he gets men in with phimosis quite often and said its no big deal. That was cool to hear. It gave me some hope that maybe this “major problem” could be fixed? Everything didn’t seem so bleak. He also said, “tell your son to try this cream and stretch the skin a while” If that doesn’t work, then well look into surgery… That steroid cream was literally my only hope.

I started right away, that night. I put a little bit of the cream around circle, the tip of the penis skin, and began to lightly pull down. It was very very tight. Whilst writing this im trying to recall what exactly i did, as far as repetitions of stretching. I think for the first time i did say 10 pulls down. Just starting to get a bit of tension on the skin. Be patient. Im telling you now if your reading this and you have phimosis, mild, or pin-hole phimosis like i did, THE SKIN WILL STRETCH. Skin is brilliant at stretching. If you put enough strain it, and continue to do so, it will stretch and transform. Look at vaginas, in child birth. Its amazing stuff. Consistency, heat, light to moderate stress. Remember this method i’m saying isn’t an exact science. But i do think you must consistent, and patient. Those two are very important. Do your own method if you want. mix it up.

So yeah, i got generic steroid cream from chemist in arvo, that night, before i jumped in the shower, i put some on around the rim of penis. I did say 10 pulls, held each one for 5,10 plus seconds whatever felt right. I then jumped in the hot shower, and stretched a little more under the shower.

Don’t force the skin. At least not too much at first. Ease into it. The skin seems to have a memory. It will learn to cope more with stress further into it. And the same, that night, before bed, more cream around penis, and more stretching. Day in, day out. Keep at it. Push it. more and more.

Next day, back into it, holding a little longer, more reps, keeping it random to shock the skin etc etc. I took very long showers, putting on the cream a few times throughout, keeping my dick out from under the direct stream of water, mainly so the scream wouldn’t just come off, then and stretched a-lot. Put it back under the hot shower and stretch a bit more and then take it out again more cream etc. The warmth is brilliant for the skin to stretch. You could also do it in the bath. Which i don’t recall doing but would work great. I don’t want to make this more confusing if it already is, but i believe at this point i was doing all my shower, pre and after shower stretches whilst penis was flaccid. (Not erect) It is really good to do both. Which i began to do later on. Of course its a going to be more painful and harder for the skin to stretch over the glands of penis whilst erect, obviously, because it had to stretch more. Don’t be disheartened to see how far it has retract. It can feel like its never going to get there but it will.

Pain is good whilst stretching, erect or not.. but be smart. This is’t rush. In a matter of 2 and a half weeks, i had began to completely retract my forskin back on the head of the penis. It felt weird. The sensations were alien to me. It needed time to adjust.

Im writing this to show you that phimosis can be helped, and really, phimosis is no big deal. It really isn’t. Don’t listen to people who are saying the only way to fix it is through surgery and its a massive problem you need to get rid of right away. So much of what you read on the internet full of fear and can be really harmful to you. Especially when you a male are in this vulnerable state and want answers. Trust me iv been there! I want to get this information and my story out there so others can gain some peace of mind and clarity in the storm. I hope this helps you, and goodluck in curing your phimosis. Any questions for free to ask. Cheers.
